Bring Back The Music

Finally I've come back to music. The playlist you see has only 7 tracks at the moment but I'll upload more to take it to about 60. Most of it will be Japanese though :p

Note: Your going to have to go to full view to see everything

I'm back!

Well you guys probably wouldn't have noticed anyway but I've just come back from a 5 day army camp in some random forest between Bendigo and Echuca. During the camp we had this 48 hour excercise which was simply awesome. The unit was basically split in two and pitted against each other in a war of stealth and strategy. On every camp (except the first training one) there's a theme which carries on for the duration of it. The theme of the last camp was the American Civil War. Langley Coy (The seniors) were the Confederates and Ramsay Coy (We, the recruits) where the Union. This time the theme was surprisingly different. It was Ramsay 6th platoon (Me) vs Ramsay 7th Platoon (The other guys). Langley was dived between the two and the airforce was thrown in to balance things out. The theme for the camp was Halo. Yes that's right, Halo. We were UNSC Forces and they were the Covenant. Anyway. I'll give you a full run-down later.

Street Fighter Comes To kpage

I've added a few games to my MSN Space now. On the front page are Street Fighter, Mario World, Yeti Sports 1 as well as the cool little animation. Feedback would be welcome as I know they don't work for everyone. Some of the gadets also don't fit in with the theme but that can't be helped at the moment.

Edit: I've removed Mario World and Yeti Sports 1 to reduce load times.

Edit, Edit: Oh yeah. Controls for Street Fighter are the arrow keys and A, S, D, Z, X and C

Some Day...

Today was a bit of a mix-up.
  • Grade six students from Essex Primary School came and attended our junior school assembly. This particular assebly was a singing one meaning we had to perform the pieces that we go through during massed singing. But before that happened the kids surprised us with their own two pieces. To tell you the truth we practically got owned by them. Grade 6!
  • We got held in from assembly and only got 5 minutes of recess because of an 'incidnet' during the assembly.
  • My Jap teacher was away today (hopefully for a while). We had a sub and basically talked and tried to play Big 2 (close to 13) without being caught.
  • In science we did some random activity that tested our short-term memory where we had to memorize list of words and a series of pictures. Some words were easier to remember then others because they stood out (cough cough).
  • Everything else was relatively boring.
  • At the end of period 7 we had a short form assembly to collect our dreaded reports.
  • Surprisingly I did pretty good with 19 Es, 8 VGs, 7 Gs, 1 S and only 1 U which I didn't deserve.
  • Went to get my guitar after leaving at scholl for the past three weeks. I get to the music room only to find a note on the door:

To all guitarists: Please do not leave your guitars on the floor or you won't get them back ><

I had left mine on the floor. I then proceeded to the music office where I was given a short lecture by Mr Chua before my guitar was discovered hidden between the printer and the hat stand.

  • I finally got out of school only to miss the 3:43 train and had to wait until the 58. Not that it mattered.
  • The train stopped at Hawksburn Station because a train in front of it (presumably the 3:43) had been 'disabled' as the driver put it. I where held up for 15 minutes beofre we finally got going.
  • A surprising reaction from my dad when I got home about my report. Hardly as bad as I thought.
  • Completed various menial tasks before ending up in front of the computer.
  • Thinking about enjoying the weekends.
  • Then thinking about the four projects which are due on Monday and Wednesday.
  • Then the five day Army camp from Wednesday to Monday.
  • The 48 hour stealth and recon excersise during the camp where I've been promised no more then 3 hours sleep.
  • Then finally two weeks of bliss...
  • Before I have to begin exam revision (or attempt to at least)

I can't be stuffed

I'm now going to something new other then Shakugan no Shana. I was going to show a clip for Another Planet by Kawada Mami but now I''m not. If you want to see it it is here:

Now this new video is a tribute to Euphro, possible one of the greatest private servers in the history of Ragnarok. I had an 18,000 word report I was going to post but second thought I've decided to cut it short.

Anyway...This particualr clip is the War Of Emperium of July the 1st. The day that Euphro had 3000+ Players online at once, most of them in WOE. This battle is a 2v4 guild skirmish amongst some of the tops guilds:

Enchanters, Insurrection vs. Hijos, HyVent, LoveBeat, Imperials

WARNING: The clip does go for over 8 minutes
